Born from a question repeatedly asked in countless renovation dilemmas
“We crossed the ocean to study, work, and build families here. We have the ability to purchase quality properties, so why can't we have a home that is truly tailored to us, understanding our cultural background and living habits?”
Behind this question lies our higher pursuit of "quality of life". We are no longer satisfied with just "having a place to live", but yearn to "live well, live comfortably, and live with a sense of identity".
Our founding team consists of professionals with diverse backgrounds. Each of us has been a "victim" and "survivor" of the Dutch home improvement market. We racked our brains to create a fully functional room for our children, only to find that a standard set of wardrobe, desk, and bed left almost no room to turn around in the limited living space in the Netherlands; we also felt powerless due to project delays and budget overruns caused by coordination issues between different trades.
It was these shared "pain points" that brought us together. We realized that piecemeal solutions could not solve the problem fundamentally. The market needs a systematic service that perfectly combines an international design vision, deep insight into the Chinese lifestyle, and China's strong flexible manufacturing capabilities.
Thus, DreamNest was born.
